XVIII is a faithful portrait of the 18th arrondissement of Paris in which photographer Cebos Nalcakan was born and raised, and which he has documented consistently and honestly over the years. The publication combines photographs and rap lyrics by emblematic artists from the Goutte d'Or district.

CEBOS, or Djibril Nalcakan (Encrage photo agency), is a Franco-Turkish photographer born in 1990. Lulled by the spirit of hip-hop, and in love with texts and sounds since childhood, it's in photography that he finds his language. He is interested in society's marginalized and works to deconstruct its stereotypes.
