This is a rare publication commissioned by Mavi Jeans in 2006 to celebrate their 15th birthday. Martin Parr produced portraits of some of the key cultural players in Istanbul’s creative industry, such as designers and architects. These are complimented by street food photos and general street observations made in the Turkish metropole. The book was originally a luxury marketing tool, being given away to Mavi clients and friends.
